Secondary Ed/Eng/Lang Arts, BS

The Bachelor of Science (BS)  in Secondary Education-Language Arts provides a sound foundation in Language Arts, as well as course work necessary for teaching certification at the secondary level preparing educators to be reflective decision-makers and facilitators of student learning. This program stresses pre-internship field experiences, inquiry-based lessons, and highly engaged instruction. This program leads to the Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education degree and the Alabama Class B (grades 6–12) certificate.
